Put a baking sheet on the table, then the dough and spread it until it reaches a thickness of 3-4 mm. If it somehow catches the twister, put a little flour on it. Sprinkle a little semolina in the middle (absorbs the juice left by the apples). Put the apples in the middle of the dough and leave a margin of about 2-3 cm. Bend as in the picture and then grease the edges with egg yolk.

Bake in the oven over low heat for 45 minutes. If the edges are too brown, cover with foil. At the end we sprinkled a little sugar.
