  • 3 zucchini
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 100ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • butter
  • salt pepper
  • 100 gr parmesan
  • 100 gr lightly salted cow cheese / telemea / cheese / cheese
  • 1 baking powder
  • dill
  • 20 gr butter / margarine

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Beat 2 eggs with milk, melted butter, sour cream, flour; add baking powder, spices and chopped dill. The zucchini is mixed with the egg composition. Grease a pan with butter and put the composition with the pumpkin. On top put Parmesan then cow bra or telemea, or cheese. Bake for 35 minutes. In order to obtain a beautiful crust after 35 minutes, I beat 1 egg with 100 gr of sour cream and I spread it over the pumpkins, I lit the flame from above and left it until it browned.
