Pass the cauliflower pieces through a processor / food processor for about 25 seconds until you get a similar consistency of rice.
In a large skillet add the olive oil and sauté the onion and celery for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic paste and cook for another 30 seconds. Then add the mushrooms and fry until they get a brown color.

Add the vegetable broth, cashew paste and the finished cauliflower rice and mix well. At the end add the spinach and cook for a few minutes. Make sure the cauliflower rice is soft but not overcooked. Finally, the yeast flakes are mixed and, if necessary, seasoned with salt and pepper.

Garnish with freshly cut parsley before serving.

To decorate: 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
