Brownies are typical American chocolate-based sweets. The chocolate brownies are very easy to prepare, the dough is poured into a rectangular pan and then once cooked it is cut into squares giving the cake the typical square shape.
There are numerous versions of this dessert, the most famous is the one that involves adding pecans to the chocolate mixture, but I prepared the chocolate brownies with an addition of cream cheese, I was moved at the first bite. .. biting and melt in the mouth, in a nutshell a pleasure for the palate! I know that you are on a diet and that I am a tempting devil, but if you want to pamper yourself a little or if you want a chocolatey dessert you must try this recipe.

How to make brownies
Prepare the brownies by melting the dark chocolate in a double boiler with the butter
Put the sugar in a bowl and pour the melted chocolate over it.

Now prepare the cream cheese.
In a bowl, work together the philadelphia, sugar, 1 egg and a tablespoon of vanilla essence.
Beat until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Line a 23x33 pan with parchment paper and pour 2/3 of the mixture for the brownies into it.
Now add the cream cheese in spoonfuls over the entire surface.
Cover with the remaining brownies mixture and gently mix the 2 layers with a toothpick.
Bake the chocolate brownie mixture at 160 ° and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool, then lift everything from the pan and cut the brownies into squares.
Gently peel the chocolate brownies off the parchment paper, then serve.
