The other afternoon it was raining and I wanted hot chocolate but not the classic one, I wanted a thick, chocolaty chocolate, like ciobar so I came across this recipe, nooo, I could not believe it, the preparation for homemade ciobar !! ! As a lover of homemade reproductions of industrial products, I couldn't miss this recipe, so I immediately set to work to see the result. Apart from the fact that making the preparation for hot chocolate is very easy, then the powder is kept in jars and therefore it can be an idea to give even at Christmas and above all it is exactly the same as the ciobar, a very successful experiment! Back home from work, I immediately prepared some for my grandparents, who just a few days ago asked me if I had some cocoa to make chocolate and they appreciated them too so ... mission accomplished I would say! Method
How to make hot chocolate
Finely chop the dark chocolate
Put the chocolate in a blender with starch, cocoa, white sugar and brown sugar, blend until you get a homogeneous powder
Put the mixture in an airtight glass container and store in the pantry
To prepare the hot chocolate, put 2 large tablespoons of the mixture (40 g) in a saucepan with 200 ml of milk
Stir and cook over medium heat until it thickens
Serve the hot chocolate in the cup accompanying it with the biscuits
