Tomorrow morning I leave for Spain and I will stay away until the 24th. After the trip to Thailand I go to taste Spanish cuisine up close and sneak some recipes as usual.
I leave you with a recipe invented at the moment always on the Thai style ... salmon meatballs

How to make salmon meatballs
Peel the raw potatoes and cut them into julienne strips with the mixer or with a grater with very large holes.
Add the chopped bread and the coarsely chopped salmon and place everything in a bowl.
Salt, pepper and mix everything by adding 2 teaspoons of flour.
Form this mixture into salmon patties the size of a walnut with the help of your slightly damp hands and pass them in the sesame seeds.
Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, then distribute the salmon meatballs and cook for 5 minutes.
Lift the salmon meatballs with a slotted spoon, and serve them on a serving dish accompanied with soy sauce or yogurt sauce.
