How to make Christmas cupcakes

In a bowl, mix the flour with the unsweetened cocoa, baking powder and a pinch of baking soda.

Add the oil and mix. Now add the sugar, then the milk and egg.

Mix the dough with an electric whisk until it is homogeneous.

Pour the mixture into the buttered and floured muffin molds filling them up to half their height.

Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Meanwhile, prepare the white chocolate glaze.
Heat the cream in a saucepan and as soon as it reaches the boiling point add the finely chopped white chocolate.

Turn off the heat and stir to melt the chocolate completely.

Now put the ganache in a bowl and let it cool by placing it in a container with a little water and ice, then put it in the fridge for about ten minutes.
When it is completely cold, add the green food coloring and whisk with the mixer at maximum power.

Put the chocolate icing in a piping bag and decorate your cupcakes as if you would like to make a tree.

Decorate the Christmas cupcakes with sugar stars and pieces of candied cherry and serve.
