This morning, more than a recipe, I leave you a nice idea to serve tuna eggs in a different way to bring to the table as an Easter appetizer. My sister and I took a cue from a photo found on the internet and reproduced everything by disguising the chicken-shaped tuna eggs by decorating the tuna sauce that came out with pieces of olive to get the eyes and a piece of carrot to make the tongue. With this recipe I conclude my week dedicated to Easter recipes and if I am unable to connect tomorrow, I leave you my best wishes; *

How to make chick tuna eggs

Boil the water in a saucepan, then gently lower the eggs and boil them for 10 minutes
Let the hard-boiled eggs cool then peel them
Cut off the top of the eggs, then gently remove the hard-boiled yolks from each egg and set the egg head aside.

Put the egg yolks in a bowl together with the tuna, mayonnaise, anchovy fillet and salt and mix everything

Fill a syringe for cakes with the tonnat sauce and stuff the eggs

place the eggs upright side by side and refrigerate to harden

Take the tuna eggs, cover with the piece of egg white and decorate with pieces of olive to make the eyes and a piece of carrot to make the beak and serve
