Brazilian fish stew, what fish do we use, how much do we cook it?

For this preparation I relied on the products from Alfredo Seafood. I used wild salami and a seafood mix. Whenever I have the opportunity, I use wild fish because it is very tasty and healthy. Salami fits perfectly in this Brazilian stew, but you can also use other types of fish. The code or salmon work just as well. White fish is generally indicated, but salmon is also wonderful in this preparation. Seafood can be of any kind, I used a mix of shrimp, squid, mussels and surimi. How do we make the best chickpea food quickly and easily?

For a delicious tikka masala chickpeas, you have to start with the sauce that is not hard to make. You need onions, garlic and fresh ginger. Over these we will add spices, tomato sauce and coconut milk that will make this curry very creamy and tasty. Then add the chickpeas that do not need to be cooked much, and finally the parsley. You can also put green coriander or green onions. If you can't find or don't like coconut milk, you can also use low-fat or low-fat cooking cream. And tomatoes can be fresh from canned food or even tomato paste. The most suitable are the pasted ones to obtain a creamy and tasty sauce.

The chickpea meal tikka masala should not boil much because the chickpeas are already steamed. 5 minutes are enough for the flavors to combine and the chickpeas to heat up. Until it's ready, you can boil some basmati rice. Boil it in plenty of water, like pasta, which you let it reach the boil before you put the rice. Let it boil according to the instructions on the package, and in this way it remains grain by grain. When it is ready, drain it and you can serve it with Indian food. You can also make a sauce with yogurt, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions or a fresh salad. This dish is wonderfully warm, but also at room temperature and is perfect with a painica naan.


American rooster stew

ingredients
-3 American roosters, -1 kg. Potatoes, -4 large gogonele, (green tomatoes), -6 carrots, -1/2 piece celery, -4 large onions, -6 peppers, green and red, -1 tablespoon salt, -aromatic herbs, (rosemary, oregano, marjoram), -4 bay leaves, -3 tablespoons tomato paste

  1. First of all, clean and wash well the vegetables you are going to use
  2. Next, put the carrots on a large grater and cut the onion into scales. At the same time, chop the peppers and gogonele according to size, according to preference
  3. In a large double-bottomed saucepan, heat the oil and onion. When the onion has softened well, add the two tablespoons of vinegar, the sugar and the teaspoon of salt.
  4. Mix well, then add the grated carrot, chopped gogonele and pepper. Incorporate all the ingredients so that the flavors blend together.
  5. Let the stew of the gogonele boil for a few minutes, until the vegetables are cooked and the resulting liquid evaporates. Be sure to stir constantly to help the vegetables cook evenly and to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan. You can also add a few peppercorns, which will accentuate the taste of the dish.
  6. After the gogonele stew is ready, put it in sterilized jars, which you wrap in a blanket and let cool slowly overnight.

Put the stew jars in the pantry and serve them with gusto in the coming winter days :)!

From the amount of ingredients presented above will result approximately 6 jars of 350g each. You can double the amount of ingredients in case you want a larger portion of gogonele stew!
